$65 per student player. This includes the round of golf and a meal/beverage.
Note
Green fees and a meal are provided for coaches, as are carts for those supervising.
90 players are required..
Registraton
Deadline for registering players is Thursday, September 6 at 3:00 pm.
A registration form will be distributed to coaches during the first week of classes. These are the registration guidelines:
- Number of female junior high school golfers, their full name and their handicap, to a maximum of 3 players.
- Number of female high school golfers, their full name and their handicap, to a maximum of 5 players.
- Number of male junior high school golfers, their full name and their handicap, to a maximum of 3 players.
- Number of male high school golfers, their full name and their handicap, to a maximum of 5 players.
- Number of adult golfers and their full names.
- School name and school contact person for each team.
Please note that athletes must have an 18-hole qualifying round score of, at the most, 125 for boys and 150 for girls in order to compete at the Divisional Championship tournament.
Substitutes
The Division will cover the cost of one full-day sub per school. The sub code is: 1-230-300-000-47

Players and coaches are to sign Code of Conduct forms
and submit to school administrator by Friday, September 7.
