2. RVSA Handbook

Gr. 6 Sports section was distributed. No issues with handbook.

3. Tournament information

Saturday, January 21
Western Hosts: Mitford, Banded Peak, Springbank
Eastern Hosts: Langdon, Ralph McCall, Kathyrn
All schools can run two courts. West girls will be at Mitford and East boys will be at Ralph McCall. Other venues will host according to how the schedule works out.

9:00 am - 2:00 pm
30-minute matches.
At least 3 matches per team.
Put teams from same school at the same venue.
ACTION: Sport Coordinator to draft schedules and distribute as soon as possible – will try for Friday but will most likely be Monday.

6. Hosting Responsibilities

Hosting Responsibilities document was distributed.

7. Rule Modifications

Gr. 6 volleyball rule modifications were distributed. One change was made: ACTION: Host schools are to mark the service line (with tape) seven metres in from the net.

8. Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct forms are to be signed by athletes and coaches and turned into your administrator.

9. Officials

ACTION: Sports Coordinator to book officials.

10. Ribbons

Participation ribbons were distributed to each school in attendance.

11. Other
