   Introduced new website and gave a brief demonstration.
   
   
3. Tournament Information
   Friday, September 22
   Monklands Park, Airdrie
   Time: 3:00 pm
   There will be no host. In the case of bad weather, JM will liaise with Jeff Shaw at Ralph McCall. If the tournament is to be cancelled, JM will notify schools by email and phone by 1:00 that afternoon.
   
   
4. Registration
   A declaration form was circulated. Schools can enter a maximum two girls teams, two boys teams, two mixed teams.
   ACTION: School are to declare teams by Friday, September 15 - no deadline extentions.
   
   
5. League Fees
   $20 per team
   
   
6. Schedule
   Each team will play at least two games, depending on the number of teams entered.
   ACTION: JM to post schedule on www.rockyviewsports.com by end of day Monday, September 18.
   
   
7. Rules
   Grade 6 Soccer Rule Modifications were distributed and can be found on the web.
   
   
8. Code of Conduct
   ACTION: The Code of Conduct Form for Players and the Code of Conduct Form for Coaches are to be signed and submitted to your administrator by Thursday, September 21.
   
   
9. Referees
   ACTION: JM to book through Allen Gallup at Bert Church
   
   
10. Concession
    There will be no concession or coaches' food provided. Teams are directed to the corner store for refreshments.
    
    
11. Ribbons
    Most schools picked up ribbons at the meeting.
    ACTION: Remaining school are to contact JM with your the number of ribbons you need.
    ACTION: JM to send ribbons in the Blue Box.
