4. Divisional Championships
Monday, September 8
Canal at Delacour Golf Club
8:00 am, shot gun start
Fee: $50 per player (payable by cheque to Rocky View Sports Association).
Coaches golf for free and have the use of a cart. Action: Tyler to confirm with course how many coaches per school can golf and the price of dinner
Registration deadline: Friday, September 5, 8:00 am sharp. Download a registration form here. Form includes the following information:
- Number of female junior high school golfers, their full name and their handicap, to a maximum of 3 players.
- Number of female high school golfers, their full name and their handicap, to a maximum of 5 players.
- Number of male junior high school golfers, their full name and their handicap, to a maximum of 3 players.
- Number of male high school golfers, their full name and their handicap, to a maximum of 5 players.
- Number of adult golfers and their full names.

7. Substitutes
The Division will cover the cost of one full-day sub per school. The sub code is: 1-230-300-000-47
8. League fees
The plug-in fee is $15 per school. This is in addition to the tournament entry fee paid to the host.
10. Rules Committee
Similar to last year, a rules committee, made up of at least three coaches (Tyler, Rob and Nancy?), will be struck to deal with any contentious issues.
11. Code of Conduct
Athletes, parents and coaches must sign Code of Conduct forms before the first league game or they are not eligible to participate. Principals are to send their declarations to the sports coordinator prior to the first league game.
12. Awards
Banners and medallions will be awarded at the end of the tournament. Defending champions are to bring trophies.
13. Post-season meeting

14. Scoring
IReminder:
a. Players write scores down immediately after the round instead of waiting until they get to the clubhouse.
b. Upon completion of each hole, all players score all players with one person being the attester and submitting the official score card.
15. Other
Coaches requested that next year's pre-season meeting be the second week of June.
When creating groups, JM will try and put the girls into threesomes (to help speed up play).
