   Switching Tiers
   School athletic directors may apply in writing to move up or down in tiers after the seeding tournament only. Applications from coaches will not be received - they must come from the AD.
   

6. Results
   The host school is to email results to Jacquie who will post them at www.rockyviewsports.com. No records are kept for Jr. B. Please use this results form (click).
   
   
7. Officials
   The CVOA has a new assignor. That, and the fact that we've moved our schedule later in the year, has prompted me to see if they can assign carded officials for us. Action: JM to follow up.
   
   
8. Code of Conduct
   ACTION: The Code of Conduct Form for Players and the Code of Conduct Form for Coaches are to be signed and submitted to your administrator by Friday, November 7.
   
   
9. Athletic Travel Form
   This is a new form and can be accessed by clicking on this link.
   
   
10. Awards
    Tier 1 and Tier 2 medallions, fourth place ribbons and banners will be awarded.
    
    
11. League Fees
    Schools will be invoiced for their participation at the end of the school year. Fees will be aproximately:
    $410 per Jr. A team
    $265 per Jr. B team
    The increase in fees is to cover the Host Reimbursement initiative passed at the Parameters meeting last June..
    
    
12. Host Reimbursement
    A hosting budget of $225 per tournament has been incorporated into middle school plug-in fees to cover the cost of the volunteer room, a half-day sub, scorekeeper honoraria and wear-and-tear on equipment. Action: JM to draft comprehensive form for host schools to fill out.
    
    
13. Volunteer T-shirts
    Have been ordered and will arrive before the start of the Jr. A season.
    
    
14. RVSA Coaching Resource Library
    Circulated new titles available in the RVSA Coaching Resources Library (click here to view).
    
    
15. Next meeting
    As per Parameters, there is no specific post-season volleyball meeting. Coaches are asked to note comments and bring them to the general post-season sports meeting on Tuesday, May 5.
