2. Commissioner
   Thank you to Tim Masse, from George McDougall, for his work as commissioner again this year.

   Thanks to Kristina Houle,, from WG Murdoch, for doing stats this year.
   
   
4. Officials
   Officiiating at Divisionals was great but coverage was spotty throughout the season. Some venues consistently only had one ref. Bring forward: JM to get a rules-at-a-glance sheet from the CVOA for next season.
   
   
5. Divisional Championships
   Thank you to Springbank for hosting. Coaches really liked the VolleyDome for our Divisional tournament. Aside from the lack of parking, reponse was very positive from coaches, players and administrators. Bring forward: JM to include court sponsors on next year's schedule.
   Action: JM to order JV Girls and JV Boys trophies and get a championship tally from each school.

   Deadline for numbers is :
   Schools are to email Ed Polhill with your numbers and also and digital photos you have.
   Guest speaker is TBA.
   Action: JM to design and print program and supply centrepieces and tablecoverings.
   
   
7. 2009-10 Season
   A poll of coaches showed that they would like to book the VolleyDome for divisionals again next year. Action: JM to book VolleyDome and seek approval from admin.
   Bring forward: Divisional tournament format to be discussed at pre-season meeting.
   
   
8. Pre-season Meeting
   Thursday, May 13, 2009
   Education Centre, Airdrie
   Action: JM to invite CVOA
   
   
9. Awards
   Award recipients were determined.
   
   
10. Other
    Motion: Tim Masse (George McDougall) moves that the RVSA align its volleyball tie-breaking procedures with those of the ASAA. Jerry Flaws, Chestermere, seconded the motion. Rationale: Our procedure is a little unclear, can be misinterpreted, and is not the one used by either Volleyball Canada or the ASAA. Vote: 8 in favour, 0 against.
