3. Jr. A Schedule
   Coaches present brought gym schedules so we were able to assign venues. Click on the following for schedules:

4. Jr. B Schedule
   Declaration deadline is Friday, November 13. No late submissions will be accepted this year.

   Switching Tiers
   School athletic directors may apply in writing to move up or down in tiers after the seeding tournament only. Applications from coaches will not be received - they must come from the AD.
   

6. Results
   The host school is to email results to Jacquie who will post them at www.rockyviewsports.com. No records are kept for Jr. B. Please use this results form (click).
   
   
7. Officials
   Action: JM to see if CVOA will assign our games. Update: CVOA is unable to assign our tournaments this year. Please forward to Jacquie names and email addreses of officials ASAP.
   
   
8. Code of Conduct
   ACTION: The Code of Conduct Form for Players and the Code of Conduct Form for Coaches are to be signed and submitted to your administrator by Thursday, October 15.
   
   
9. Athletic Travel Form

10. Awards
    Tier 1 and Tier 2 medallions, fourth place ribbons and banners will be awarded.
    
    
11. League Fees
    Schools will be invoiced for their participation at the end of the school year. Fees will be aproximately:
    $400 per Jr. A team
    $225 per Jr. B team
    If schools claim host reimbursement.
    
    
12. Host Reimbursement
    A hosting budget of $250 per tournament has been incorporated into middle school plug-in fees to cover the cost of the volunteer room, a half-day sub, scorekeeper honoraria and wear-and-tear on equipment. Action: JM to update form and send it to schools.
    
    
13. Volunteer T-shirts
    Action: JM to order new t-shirts. Adult small and mediums only, no youth sizes.
    
    
14. RVSA Coaching Resource Library
    Circulated new titles available in the RVSA Coaching Resources Library (click here to view).
    
    
15. Next meeting
    There is no specific post-season volleyball meeting. Coaches are asked to note comments and bring them to the general post-season sports meeting on Tuesday, May 4.
