High School Girls Soccer Information

1. Commissioner
   Thank you to Jenn Munsie for continuing on as commissioner.
   
   
2. Schedule
   Double round robin with top four teams making it to the play-offs.
   
   
3. Fields
   All fields are booked, as per schedule. This year Bert Church will play at Eastlake Athletic Park (booked) and George McDougall will play on the new field at Edwards. Steve Repic, from Grounds, will be lining all fields. Bert Church: You will need to bring your own nets and corner flags to Eastlake Athletic Park.
   
   
4. Game cancellation
   If a game is going to be called because of weather, we'll try and do it by 2:00 pm.
   
   
5. Registration deadline
   Action: Coaches are to submit rosters via email by Monday, September 14.
   
   
6. Officials
   JM is in the process of booking.
   
   
7. Results
   Coaches can dowload a Soccer Score Sheet here. Action: Coaches are to email score to Jacquie and fax scoresheets to 945-4011 by noon the day after your game.
   
   
8. Awards
   RVS covers the cost of first, second and third place medallions, a banner, and a trophy.
   
   
9. League Fees
   $300 per school.
   
   
10. Code of Conduct
    Action: Players and coaches are to sign Code of Conduct forms and submit to school administrator. This is to be done before your first game.
    
    
11. Out-of-pocket expenses
    Download an Extra-Curricular Expense Form here. Just a reminder that you can claim mileage to and from meetings. Reminder RVS policy states that expense claims should be submitted no later than one month after the activity season has ended.
    
    
12. South Central Zone soccer update
    The South Central Zone meeting is on September 22. There is no Zone host listed on the website as of now.
